This week I'm going to start doing a daily weather story here on the blog. This post will drop only Monday - Friday. This will be in addition to my video updates that will post on Tuesday and Thursday's.
Sunshine will continue through Thursday. It will be cooler and less humid Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the low 80s. The heat and humidity will return on Thursday as highs surge into the upper 80s. By Friday daytime highs will be back to the low 90s.
Looking Ahead
Scattered showers will be possible starting early Friday morning and potentially clearing out by Friday afternoon with the possibility of more rain again Friday night. Scattered rain showers will then again be possible throughout the day Saturday with highs in the upper 80s. For Father's Day on Sunday the morning looks dry but by the afternoon scattered rain showers may try to spark but the chance is fairly low so much of the day should be dry. By early Monday morning more rain showers and even a few thunderstorms may try to flare up and will likely persist into the afternoon. As it stands now models are signaling at the chance for a few severe thunderstorms on Monday but it's too early to work out the specifics I'll keep updating on that as we get closer. Overall all rain showers should diminish by Monday night. Temperatures will remain in the mid 80s at the start of next week.
