Dry for New Years; Rain returns by Thursday

After a soggy start to the week drier weather will filter in for New Years Eve. However skies will be cloudy during the day Tuesday which will keep temperatures in the low 40s for highs. As we ring in the New Year Tuesday night skies will gradually clear with overnight lows in the lower 30s. The start of 2020 on Wednesday will be mild and warmer in the upper 40s.

Looking Ahead to the end of the week another cold front will increase rain chances Thursday and Friday. In the wake of this system Thursday temperatures will increase to near 60 degrees by Friday before bottoming out in the upper 30s by Saturday. Rain chances will likely end by Sunday.

A chance for a rain to snow mix looks possible next Tuesday it doesn’t look like anything impressive yet but something to watch! For now BOTS (Bring On The Snow)!

Have a Happy New Year Everyone!!
